Service description

A subscription grants access to the MCP signal feed for the duration of the tier you paid for. Signals are pushed as the bot decides; the cadence is bot-driven and not guaranteed (the bot may have zero-decision days).

No refunds

All sales are final. There is no claim against the service if the bot performance during your subscription is below average — that is the nature of trading.

Custody

We never custody your funds. You pay from your wallet, you receive signals, you execute trades from your wallet. We have no signing authority, no swap-on-behalf, no key recovery.

Key rotation / abuse

We reserve the right to revoke an API key with no refund if it is shared, resold, or used to scrape at a rate inconsistent with single-client consumption.

Jurisdiction

Operated under UK law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
